1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website (https://www.airworksokc.com), requesting a quote, scheduling service, or engaging our HVAC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Air Works LLC (“Air Works,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a licensed Oklahoma HVAC contractor (Unlimited Mechanical Contractor — License #OK00122198).

2. Our Services
We provide residential and commercial HVAC services in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:

  • Heating & Cooling systems (repair, maintenance, and installation)
  • New system installations and replacements
  • Preventive maintenance plans
  • Indoor air quality solutions
  • Wine cooler service
  • Dryer vent cleaning
  • Smart thermostat installation and service


All work is performed by our licensed, bonded, and insured technicians. Service is generally provided Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with Saturday and Sunday service available by appointment. Emergency service may be available depending on scheduling.

3. Quotes, Pricing, and Payments

  • Quotes: Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Verbal estimates are for informational purposes only.
  • Pricing: We strive for transparent, upfront pricing. Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen conditions discovered during service.
  • Payments: Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments through Stripe (processed via Housecall Pro).
  • Late Fees: Past-due invoices are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% APR) and may be sent to collections.
  • Diagnostic Fees: A diagnostic/service call fee applies and is credited toward repairs if work is authorized the same day.


4. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive within the agreed window.
  • Cancellations: You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee equal to the diagnostic/service call fee.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, technician availability, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Warranty and Guarantees

  • Workmanship Warranty: We provide a standard warranty on labor (typically 1 year unless otherwise stated in your invoice). Specific extended labor warranties are available on qualifying installations.
  • Parts Warranty: Manufacturer warranties apply to new equipment. We assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer delays.
  • Limitations: Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, acts of God, or modifications by others. Warranties are non-transferable unless specified.


6. Customer ResponsibilitiesYou agree to:

  • Provide clear access to the work area and equipment.
  • Ensure pets are secured and the area is safe for technicians.
  • Disclose any known hazards (mold, asbestos, electrical issues, etc.).
  • Make timely payments.
  • Maintain equipment per manufacturer recommendations to preserve warranties.


7. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or installation in question.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of use, lost profits, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or failures resulting from equipment age, manufacturer defects, or improper prior installations.


8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Air Works harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or your negligence.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Air Works LLC and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

10. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

11. Website Use and Communications

  • You consent to receive communications (calls, texts, emails) from us regarding your service, quotes, invoices, and marketing (you may opt out of marketing at any time).
  • We are not responsible for third-party links or websites.
  • You agree not to misuse our website, introduce viruses, or attempt unauthorized access.


12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.Before filing any lawsuit, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting us first at office@airworksokc.com.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
